聴くたびに強烈で、この歌がランディの真髄のひとつかなと思う。小粋なメロディに乗るこの皮肉とユーモア。３枚目のアルバム『Sail Away』収録の「Political Science」。現在にも完全に通用する内容であるが、アルバムがでたのは１９７２年。考えるとまだベトナム戦争中である。必要だと考えこの歌も訳してみている。
